Years ago, I felt stuck.  I had 4 babies in 4 years and was not getting any younger.  I was exhausted beyond words as I parented 4 little toddlers.  Convinced I was doing “good enough,” I was proud of myself for eating cereal for breakfast (breakfast is the most important meal of the day, right?).  Lunch was often more cereal or homemade nachos.  Dinner consisted of whatever I could throw on a plate at the last minute, typically spaghetti (while throwing Cheerios at my ankle-biting brood). 


It worked for a while.  Until it didn’t.  Suddenly the seams of my jeans were bursting and I was miserable.  Oh I was squatting and lunging….to yank my pants all the way up.  That was the extent of my workouts.  I had no idea that my diet of starch, fat, and sugar was making me lethargic.  How can you know what you don’t know?!  I had always been able to eat Oreos and get away with it.

All that came to a screeching halt.  Enough was enough.  Things had to change.  I didn’t want to feel like crap.  I didn’t want to buy bigger pants.  I didn’t want to be embarrassed about my body.


I was on a mission.  And I had no idea it would impact you, friend, but how grateful I am that it has!  I have worked tirelessly researching what actually helps busy women look and feel incredible.  Without hours in the gym.  Without hours at the stove.  Without complicated rules and formulas that put the “die” in “diet.”
